The former bakehouse from the 17th century has been completely renovated and modernized to the highest standard – everything from the technology to the furnishings is brand new. On the ground floor, you will find an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Upstairs, the charming bedroom offers a private workspace and an additional small WC. The private kitchen includes high-quality appliances, such as an espresso machine and a washing machine. The house is step-free and has its own entrance near the main house. Enjoy the exceptionally peaceful setting surrounded by ancient oaks and untouched nature – your private terrace is a true place of tranquility and relaxation. Lovingly restored and equipped, the house is part of the oldest, most culturally significant farmstead ensemble in northwest Germany. Parking is available on site. Please note that events, barbecuing, and open fires are not permitted on the protected property. The area by the house is reserved exclusively for you. The grounds are under video surveillance, but private areas of the house are not affected. Your hosts live on the property, but not in the booked house. The bakehouse is surrounded by other historic buildings from the early 17th century. High-speed fiber optic internet is available. Please note that mobile reception in this rural region is currently limited. Charming Lingen is 10 km away and offers shopping, markets, theaters, several cinemas, and a diverse range of restaurants and pubs. The area is perfect for cycling, and many beautiful destinations are within easy reach.
